The New Times. Rwanda’s premium English-language daily. See for yourself how un-free Rwanda’s free press. This paper reads like a parade for the government of Rwanda.

Global Development Network. “An association of researchers dedicated to supporting high-quality, policy-oriented research in the social sciences to promote development”. Note that this site is sponsored by the World Bank, and many of the researchers contributing to this site are funded by the WB.
